Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Cancel any time by emailing nysfitsports@gmail.comfrom your account email. That’s the whole process — no phone call, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

• First 30 days, first year: if you’re not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email us and we’ll refund the full amount.
• Renewals: we send a reminder 15–45 days before each renewal. If a renewal is charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 15 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal.
• Otherwise: fees are non-refundable for the remainder of a term after cancellation, except where required by law.

Auto-renewal, plainly

Your subscription renews automatically each year using the payment method saved when you paid your first invoice. Every invoice states this, you’ll get a reminder email before each renewal with the amount and a cancellation address, and cancelling is a single email. We’d rather earn the renewal than trap it.
